Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan asset penunjang keberhasilan pembangunan nasional, sehingga pemerintah berupaya meningkatkan kualitas lulusan dari Perguruan Tinggi. Program Studi, dijadikan garda terdepan dalam pembuatan dan pelaksanaan kurikulum guna menghasilkan alumni yang berkualitas. Untuk itu, Program Studi perlu mengetahui kemampuan alumninya di pasar tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi alumni Program Studi Doktor Ilmu Ekonomi di Universitas Trisakti. Pendekatan yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data primer dari 46 alumni diperoleh dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dalam bentuk kuesioner dan berskala likert pada 2020-2021. Adapun hasilnya, kompetensi yang dimiliki alumni sangat baik karena nilai yang diperoleh untuk sedang ke atas sebanyak 99,55 persen, dengan urutan kemampuan mempresentasikan ide, bertanggung jawab, terus belajar, toleransi, loyal dan berintegritas, inisiatif, memecahkan masalah, membuat laporan, mandiri, negosiasi, manajemen kerja, bekerjasama, analisis, komunikasi, manajemen waktu, berpikir kritis, pengetahuan dibidangnya, ketrampilan dalam berkarya, bekerja dibawah tekanan, riset, pengetahuan diluar bidangnya. Program Studinyaagar dapat menghasilakan lulusan yang siap bersaing di pasar tenaga kerja perluberkolaborasi dengan pengguna jasa. Kebijakan ini, dapatmenghasilkan lulusan yang inovatif, fleksibel, dan tangguh. Program Studi Doktor Ilmu Ekonomi di Universitas Trisakti, dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasar dan sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat serta ramah lingkungan, membuka konsentrasi untuk ilmu ekonomi konvensional dan Syariah. Pada ilmu ekonomi Syariah dibuka konsentrasi Islamic Economics and Finance, sedangkan diilmu ekonomi konvensional membuka konsentrasi Sustainable Development, Kebijakan Publik, Akuntansi, Manajemen Stratejik, serta Manajemen Keuangan, Sumber Daya Manusia, Pemasaran dan Jasa.
