KESIAPAN IMPLEMENTASI REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK DI RAWAT INAP RUMAH SAKIT WIYUNG SEJAHTERA

Penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) merupakan salah satu cara transformasi digital di sektor kesehatan dalam rangka mendorong penerapan sistem informasi terpadu. RME dimaksudkan untuk menggantikan pencatatan tradisional dalam rangka meningkatkan integrasi, akurasi, dan efisiensi data layanan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan penerapan RME di unit rawat inap Rumah Sakit Wiyung Sejahtera. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam metode deskriptif kuantitatif ini adalah Technology Readiness Index (TRI). Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi petugas rekam medis dan perawat rawat inap menggunakan instrumen kuesioner berupa Google Form untuk diisi guna mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Optimism yang masuk dalam kategori sangat siap memiliki skor rata-rata tertinggi (33,2). Sementara itu, variabel Innovativeness (22,6), Discomfort (22,5), dan Insecurity (16,9) masuk dalam kategori cukup siap. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa petugas rekam medis dan perawat rawat inap memiliki kesiapan yang relatif baik untuk mendukung implementasi RME, terutama pada variabel optimism yang memiliki skor tertinggi. Namun, masih ada ruang untuk perbaikan di bidang inovasi, kemudahan teknologi, dan penurunan kekhawatiran tentang sistem digital yang ada.Untuk memaksimalkan adopsi RME yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan, studi ini sangat penting sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan saat mengembangkan kebijakan internal rumah sakit, pengembangan teknologi, dan inisiatif pelatihan.

This research was conducted at PT Solo Garmindo with the aim of evaluating the impact of motivation, career development and a non-optimal work environment. The information sought in the research was collected through the use of questionnaires and interviews. 110 respondents were used in the study. It is hoped that this research will provide useful information for management and employees. The information obtained is processed by The use of multiple regression for quantitative analysis is used to understand how the independent variable affects the dependent variable, as well as to test models and hypotheses, while also checking validity and reliability. Regression observations show that motivation, career development, and work environment have a direct impact on increasing job satisfaction. Thus, increased motivation, sustainable career development and a good work environment are needed to increase employee job satisfaction in the future.

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) intended for groups registered in family-based integrated social assistance programs. This research aims to determine the impact or effects of the quality of assistance, level of education and changes in behavior on improving the welfare of PKH beneficiaries. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach using a sample of 167 PKH beneficiaries in Bandungan District, Semarang Regency, who were selected proportionally through random sampling. The data collection method involves the use of a questionnaire, then the data is analyzed using the SPSS program for multiple linear regression. The results of the study data analysis show that (1) the quality of assistance, level of education, and changes in behavior of PKH recipients have a positive and significant effect on improving their welfare, (2) these influences also occur simultaneously.

The financial system based on technology is called Fintech and builds new products, services, technologies, and business models. This affects the stability of the financial system, smoothness, security, and speed of payments. The presence of fintech in the banking industry benefits both banks and customers. In practice, fintech can streamline the process of handling various tasks so that they are faster and more efficient. This study aims to determine how Fintech affects product development at BPRS Artha Amanah Ummat Ungaran, Semarang Regency. This field study has qualitative descriptive characteristics. Primary data was obtained from interviews, and secondary data was obtained from literature studies or documentation to complement the primary data. The study shows that the presence of fintech affects the progress of Islamic banking products. Customers really like some good financial technology products; one of which is a paperless online account, which reduces paper use because all transaction models are now internet-based.

Planning, organizing, directing, and supervising activities related to finance, such as procurement and use of business funds, are referred to as financial management. Businesses need good financial management to increase sales. This study analyzes qualitative descriptive data, Primary and secondary data sources obtained through documentation and interviews are utilized in this study. In order to obtain information, the business owner and employees of Omah Kopi Omaji Klepu were interviewed. The study's findings show that Omah Kopi Omaji Klepu has used financial management, but not fully, and needs to be improved because it implements very basic financial management. Financial management at Omah Kopi Omaji Klepu is budget planning and simple control because of the limited knowledge of the owner, so Omah Kopi Omaji Klepu does not implement reporting in its financial management. In addition, financial management to increase sales can be done by allocating funds intelligently for efficient marketing strategies, developing innovative products, and ensuring the availability of sufficient working capital to meet market demand properly.

Employees who are happy with their work are usually satisfied employees, who have a positive impact on their company by increasing performance and productivity. Workload, fatigue, and compensation are some of the factors that can influence job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. TI Matsuoka Winner Industry in Semarang Regency. Low job satisfaction can occur because some or most employees who have not been promoted sometimes feel bored with monotonous work. The purpose of this research is to find out how workload, fatigue, and compensation impact employee job satisfaction. 76 employees of PT. TI Matsuoka Winner Industry Semarang Regency is included in the sample of this research. This research data was collected through distributing questionnaires. Data is processed through multiple regression analysis. The results of multiple regression tests show: (1) Workload influences job satisfaction negatively and significantly; burnout affects job satisfaction negatively and significantly; and payment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Recommendations given to PT. IT Matsuoka Winner Industry Semarang Regency is as follows: (1) to give companies more manpower to help complete tasks. (2) to give employees more time to relax. (3) Performance appraisal takes priority when establishing promotion policies

The purpose of this research is to study how promotions, e-commerce, and brand image influence guests' decisions to stay at Sekuro Village Beach Resort Jepara. This study is inferential research that focuses on the analysis of numerical data that has been processed using statistical techniques, with the aim of evaluating the influence of promotions, E-commerce, and Brand Image on guests' decisions to stay at Sekuro Village Beach Resort Jepara. This study involved 98 guests staying at Sekuro Village Resort Jepara Park as research respondents. The data collection method is a questionnaire; after that, the data was tested and analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS. According to research data analysis, it can be concluded that Promotion, E-Commerce, and Brand Image influence the decision to stay. From this research, it can also be suggested that Sekuro Village Beach Resort Jepara increase promotions and utilize E-commerce so that the brand image can increase and influence guests' decisions to stay.

To provide a positive impact on small and medium enterprises (SMEs), financial management must be implemented transparently and accurately. They face problems with financial organization and human asset skills. This study aims to determine the financial management carried out at Dacron House Pringapus, Semarang Regency, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors that contribute to the financial management. This study is a field research study with a case study approach, namely collecting data from observations, interviews, and documentation related to the focus of the study. By categorizing, confirming, and making conclusions, the data was examined for validity. The triangulation technique and the triangulation method technique were the data validity tests employed in this investigation. This study shows that: (1) The financial management of the Dacron House Pringapus business in Semarang Regency has not been fully carried out because financial planning, recording, and supervision have been carried out properly, but financial reporting is not carried out comprehensively every month. (2) Factors that support the management of business finances at Dacron House Pringapus, Semarang Regency are the awareness of MSME actors and their use. Ignorance, separation between business and personal money, and lack of financial recording skills are some of the obstacles to managing their finances

The data analysis method uses triangulation, namely source triangulation, technique triangulation, time triangulation. The results of the study, the Role of Front Officers in Improving Guest Satisfaction at Quest Hotel Simpang Lima Semarang has been running well, however, there are still some obstacles in managing emotions, slow hotel systems. However, with collaboration, training, communication between departments, and HR Training Quest Hotel Simpang Lima Semarang can help in meeting guest satisfaction.

Investors must consider risk when investing. To reduce risk, they can diversify by forming a portfolio. This study aims to analyze the risk value that will be experienced by investors within a period of 1 day at a 95% confidence level. The object of the study includes stocks that are consistently listed in the IDX30 index during the period January 2022 December 2023. The research methodology used is the Markowitz method for optimal portfolio formation, the Variance-Covariance method and Historical Simulation to measure Value at Risk, and backtesting using the Kupiec Test model to measure the validity of the Value at Risk method. According to the research results, the stocks that form the ideal portfolio consist of ASII, BBCA, BBNI, BBRI, BRPT, INCO, INDF, KLBF, PTBA, and UNTR. The portfolio risk value is smaller than the risk value of a single stock. The backtesting results of the Historical Simulation method and the Variance-Covariance method show valid results in measuring the maximum potential loss of a stock portfolio

Study information was obtained from questionnaires and available data. The number of samples used in this study was 94 respondents. The information obtained is processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. Application of multiple linear regression to identify the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable, as well as to test models and hypotheses. Regression analysis shows that additional facilities and service quality have an impact on tourist satisfaction. Facilities and services have a significant impact on overall visitor satisfaction. This shows that in order to increase visitor satisfaction, it is necessary to add adequate and comfortable facilities as well as the best service for tourists.

This study aims to analyze conflict management strategies and negotiation processes within industrial relations at PT Hessed Indonesia, an export-oriented garment company facing various workplace dynamics. A qualitative approach using a case study method was employed through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that common conflicts include disputes over rights, interests, and employment termination. The company implements preventive strategies through policy socialization, communication training, and dialogue forums; and curative strategies through internal conflict resolution teams and escalation procedures. Negotiations are carried out in stages through bipartite and tripartite mechanisms using a win-win solution approach. The success of these strategies is influenced by open communication, active trade union participation, and compliance with global buyer standards. Nevertheless, challenges remain, such as differences in perception between management and workers and resistance to changes in work policies. This research contributes to the development of constructive industrial relations practices in labor-intensive sectors

Subjective well-being is an individual's evaluation of their own life, the extent to which their affective judgments and reactions indicate that their life is desirable and going well. It is important to be able to achieve Subjective well-being, especially for Monks and Atthasilani who choose a life of renunciation. This study aims to describe subjective well-being among Bhikkhu and Atthasilani in Indonesia by examining the components and factors that influence it. The research method used is qualitative descriptive phenomenology. Data analysis was carried out iteratively by applying data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and validation. The results of this study show that both participants have high subjective well-being. Components of subjective well-being, such as life satisfaction, positive affect, and negative affect, are strongly influenced by emotion regulation ability, self-acceptance, and social and spiritual support.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat keterlibatan pegawai dalam proses pengambilan keputusan di Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata ( STP ) Mataram dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja organisasi. Keterlibatan pegawai sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas, akuntabilitas, dan kualitas keputusan, serta untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Partisipasi pegawai tidak hanya memperkuat rasa memiliki dan motivasi kerja, tetapi juga membawa perspektif dan pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik. Meskipun pentingnya keterlibatan pegawai diakui, penelitian empiris dalam konteks lingkup Perguruan tinggi masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada tiga aspek: mengukur tingkat keterlibatan pegawai dalam pengambilan keputusan, mengkaji pengaruh keterlibatan ini terhadap kinerja , dan mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data dari pegawai . Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis isi dan tematik untuk mengidentifikasi tema dan pola dalam tanggapan partisipan. Tinjauan pustaka mencakup konsep implementasi kebijakan, peran kepemimpinan, dan proses pengambilan keputusan, yang semuanya berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang pentingnya partisipasi pegawai. Implementasi kebijakan melibatkan adaptasi terhadap konteks lokal dan melibatkan berbagai faktor dengan kepentingan yang berbeda. Kepemimpinan berperan penting dalam memotivasi dan mengarahkan pegawai, sementara pengambilan keputusan memerlukan analisis yang cermat terhadap berbagai alternatif. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi konkret untuk meningkatkan partisipasi pegawai dalam pengambilan keputusan di Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata ( STP) Mataram, yang akan dipublikasikan di jurnal ilmiah nasional. Puasa Ramadhan mengubah pola makan dan waktu konsumsi yang dapat mempengaruhi kecukupan asupan gizi harian. Adapun, Mahasiswa kedokteran memiliki kebutuhan energi dan protein tinggi untuk mendukung aktivitas akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi dan membandingkan kecukupan asupan energi dan protein mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Islam Malang selama Ramadhan 1446 H berdasarkan Angka Kecukupan Gizi (AKG). Desain penelitian ini deskriptif-komparatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan dari 89 responden menggunakan 3-days 24-hour food recall dan Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) non-kuantitatif, lalu dianalisis dengan uji Mann-Whitney dan Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil menunjukkan mayoritas responden mengalami defisit energi berat (<70% AKG), sementara asupan protein relatif mencukupi, bahkan melebihi AKG. Jenis kelamin menjadi satu-satunya faktor yang berhubungan signifikan dengan kecukupan asupan (p<0,05), laki-laki memiliki asupan lebih tinggi dibandingkan perempuan. Variabel usia, indeks massa tubuh (IMT), dan aktivitas fisik tidak menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna.

Penelitian ini berjudul "Menciptakan Sinergi yang Berkelanjutan: Meningkatkan Penjualan Tanaman Hias dan Promosi Pariwisata melalui Kunjungan Wisatawan di Desa Wisata Suranadi, Kabupaten Lombok Barat." Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali potensi integrasi antara sektor pariwisata dan usaha tanaman hias lokal, guna menciptakan kolaborasi yang saling menguntungkan dan berkelanjutan. Desa Suranadi merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata yang memiliki daya tarik religius, budaya, dan ekowisata. Selain itu, masyarakat di desa ini juga mengembangkan usaha tanaman hias, yang memiliki potensi pasar yang baik. Namun, potensi tersebut belum dimaksimalkan secara sinergis dengan sektor pariwisata yang terus berkembang. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dengan pelaku UMKM tanaman hias, tokoh masyarakat, wisatawan, serta pengelola desa wisata. Penelitian ini juga melibatkan observasi langsung terhadap aktivitas pariwisata dan pemasaran produk lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peluang besar untuk menjadikan wisatawan sebagai target pasar potensial tanaman hias melalui konsep wisata edukatif dan pengalaman langsung (experience-based tourism). Dengan penyediaan ruang promosi di destinasi wisata, kegiatan workshop tanaman hias, serta kampanye promosi berbasis digital dan media sosial, sinergi antara dua sektor ini dapat terwujud secara nyata. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan model kolaborasi antara pemerintah desa, pengelola kolam renang, dan pelaku usaha tanaman hias, yang didukung oleh pelatihan kewirausahaan, penguatan branding desa, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Sinergi ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat lokal

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the size of the board of commissioners and the proportion of independent commissioners on bank risk taking. The sample of this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2007 to 2016. The number of observational data analysed was 194 data in the first model and 131 data in the second model. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The dependent variables analysed include insolvency risk and idiosyncratic risk. And the independent variables consist of the size of the board of commissioners and the proportion of independent commissioners. The results showed that the size of the board of commissioners and the proportion of independent commissioners had a significant negative effect on bank risk taking as measured by insolvency risk and idiosyncratic risk.

The purpose of this research is to verify the influence of female CEOs on investment and financing decision in manufacturing companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses multiple linear regression models and logistic regression models. The data is acquired from Companies Annual Report Published period 2013-2017. The dependent variables in this research are the level of investment, acquisition decisions, and leverage. The independent variable used in this reseach is female CEO proxied with dummy variable which worth 1 if the company is led by a female CEO, and is worth 0 if vice versa. The finding of this research show that (1) companies led by female CEOs (2) companies led by female CEOs tend not to make acquisitions compared to companies not led by female CEOs, and (3) companies led by female CEOs have lower leverage than companies not led by female CEOs.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of ownership structure on bank risk-taking in the Indonesian banking industry. This study uses a multiple linear regression model with data from 2012 to 2016. The independent variables are bank ownership (private and government) and ownership concentration (concentrated and non-concentrated). The dependent variable is bank risk-taking measured by credit risk (NPL) and insolvency risk (1/ZSCORE). The results show that bank ownership has a significant negative effect on risk-taking, while ownership concentration has a significant positive effect

EVALUASI PENGGUNAAN METODE VALUE ENGINEERING PADA PEKERJAAN KONSTRUKSI JEMBATAN SEI IDAN KABUPATEN KUTAI BARAT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran media sosial Instagram terhadap brand awareness konsumen pada Kopi Ayani di Kota Pangkalpinang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 150 responden yang merupakan pengikut akun Instagram @kopi_ayani. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 27 melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan uji ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item instrumen dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Rata-rata jawaban responden menunjukkan kecenderungan yang positif terhadap strategi pemasaran dan brand awareness Kopi Ayani. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara strategi pemasaran Instagram terhadap brand awareness dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,825 dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,681. Uji t dan ANOVA juga menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan (p < 0,001), menandakan bahwa strategi pemasaran Instagram secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap brand awareness. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran Instagram yang dilakukan oleh Kopi Ayani efektif dalam meningkatkan brand awareness konsumen di Kota Pangkalpinang.

This study aims to explore organizational culture and its impact on employee work motivation at Indomaret, Gembong branch, Karang Jati. The research employed a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with nine informants, consisting of cashiers, store attendants, and logistics/warehouse staff. The findings reveal that organizational culture significantly influences employee motivation levels, although perceptions vary across divisions. Store attendants generally perceive the work culture as positive and exhibit high motivation. Cashiers show mixed perceptions, influenced by shift systems and daily workload conditions. In contrast, most logistics and warehouse staff experience high physical workloads, lack of appreciation, and low work motivation. These findings indicate that a participative, communicative, and fair work culture can effectively enhance employee enthusiasm and motivation. This study offers practical contributions for management in creating and fostering an organizational culture that supports employee well-being and productivity, particularly in the retail sector.
