<p><em>The quality of health services is a measure of health services, both individual and community (population) in order to increase the scope of expected health outcomes such as increasing health levels and decreasing morbidity or pain levels, as well as being dynamic and consistent with the development of health professional knowledge. Based on the results of the study and discussion, it can be concluded that: Work discipline and work facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of services at the Baturaja City Health Center, OKU Regency with a determination coefficient (r2) of 0.920. <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of revenue on Operating Profit Margin with Operational Cost as a mediator through the time charter and freight charter systems at PT. Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk (BSML). The research method used is quantitative and associated with the company's secondary data. The study population includes Revenue Time Charter, Freight Charter, Operational Cost, and Operating Profit Margin at PT. Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk from 2020. The sample consists of monthly data from January 2020 to December 2022, with 36 samples from 5 company vessels. The path analysis method is used with the help of SPSS Ver. 26 software. The study results show a positive and significant effect between Revenue and Operational Cost on the Time Charter and Freight Charter systems. Revenue also has a positive and significant effect on Operating Profit Margin in both systems. However, Operational Cost only has a positive and significant effect on Operating Profit Margin in the Freight Charter system. Indirectly, Revenue through Operational Cost affects the Operating Profit Margin in the Freight Charter system, but not in the Time Charter system. There is a significant difference between Revenue, Operational Cost, and Operating Profit Margin generated by the two systems at PT. Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk. <p>Kemiskinan merupakan permasalahan sosial yang terus mendapat perhatian serius dari pemerintah Indonesia. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk mengurangi angka kemiskinan, salah satunya melalui program bantuan sosial seperti Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) dan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). BPNT memberikan bantuan berupa kebutuhan pangan dasar kepada keluarga miskin, sementara PKH menyediakan bantuan tunai bersyarat yang bertujuan untuk mendukung keluarga miskin dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan dan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh BPNT dan PKH terhadap efektivitas penanggulangan kemiskinan di Kecamatan Sumberejo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada penerima BPNT dan PKH di Kecamatan Sumberejo. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui sejauh mana BPNT dan PKH berpengaruh terhadap perubahan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat di wilayah tersebut. <p>Remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang rentan terhadap berbagai tekanan psikologis. Resiliensi menjadi kemampuan penting yang perlu dikembangkan untuk menghadapi tantangan perkembangan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui peningkatan manajemen diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas manajemen diri terhadap resiliensi remaja di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan <em>pre-test post-test with control group</em>. Sampel terdiri dari 80 remaja SMP yang dibagi secara acak ke dalam dua kelompok: kelompok eksperimen (n=40) yang mendapatkan pelatihan manajemen diri, dan kelompok kontrol (n=40) yang tidak mendapatkan intervensi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala resiliensi yang telah divalidasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji <em>wilcoxon</em>. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada skor resiliensi remaja kelompok eksperimen setelah intervensi (p < 0,05), sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak menunjukkan perubahan signifikan. Perbandingan antara kelompok juga menunjukkan perbedaan yang bermakna secara statistik. Diskusi: Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen diri berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan resiliensi remaja. <p><em>Rooftop Solar Power Plants (PLTS Atap) are a strategic solution in supporting the clean energy transition and achieving the renewable energy mix target in Indonesia. With abundant solar energy potential, the development of rooftop solar systems is crucial to strengthening national energy resilience. However, the actual installed capacity of rooftop solar remains far below the national target, necessitating a comprehensive acceleration strategy. This study aims to analyze policies, quota systems, technical approaches, and cross-sector collaboration as key factors in accelerating rooftop solar deployment in Indonesia. The analysis shows that progressive policies, such as the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 2 of 2024—which eliminates capacity and export-import restrictions while offering economic incentives—provide a strong motivation for consumers. Moreover, the implementation of a managed quota system, targeted to reach 1.5 GW by 2028, ensures the stability of the national electricity grid. Technical approaches, including public education and installer training, are also essential to successful implementation. Collaboration among government, industry, and civil society plays a central role in expanding rooftop solar adoption. With an integrated strategy and consistent policy support, rooftop solar is expected to become a key pillar in driving Indonesia’s transition to a low-carbon energy future.</em></p>I Ketut Wiriana

<p><em>This study aims to analyze the implementation of revenue management strategies in increasing the revenue of three-star hotels, with a focus on market segmentation, pricing, and the role of Online Travel Agents (OTAs). This topic is important because the competition in the hotel industry is getting tighter, so an adaptive and efficient revenue management strategy is needed. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Informants were selected purposively from three main categories: General Manager, Revenue Manager, and Front Office Manager. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that dynamic pricing strategies, utilization of OTAs, and bundling promotions can significantly increase Average Daily Rate (ADR), occupancy, and RevPAR. However, challenges such as high commission fees from OTAs and inaccurate demand predictions are still obstacles to implementation. The success of the strategy is greatly influenced by coordination between departments and management's ability to respond quickly to market changes. <p><em>The Candle Creation from Used Cooking Oil Waste training program was conducted at RA Permata Pisangan, Ciputat, South Tangerang, with the aim of introducing the concept of green entrepreneurship based on creative economy to parents of students. The activity involved 20 parents who actively participated in the entire training process, including socialization, hands-on practice in processing used cooking oil, and the creation of environmentally friendly candles. The training aimed to raise awareness of household waste management and to encourage the development of creative business opportunities using materials previously considered as waste. The results indicated that the program successfully improved participants’ knowledge and skills in transforming used cooking oil into economically valuable products. Participants showed high enthusiasm through active engagement during the training and expressed interest in further developing candle products as a potential source of income. This program also inspired participants to implement circular economy principles within their households. <p><em>One of the key factors for tourists in choosing a destination is its attractions, both natural and recreational facilities. The general concept suggests that natural attractions and recreational facilities positively influence the decision to visit. This study aims to analyze the impact of these two factors on tourists’ decisions at Situ Bagendit and compare the magnitude of their influence. The revitalization of Situ Bagendit has increased visitor numbers, but many tourists still feel dissatisfied. This research employs a quantitative method with SEM PLS analysis using the Smart PLS 3 application, involving 100 respondents who visited Situ Bagendit between 2018-2023, selected using the Slovin formula and online questionnaires. The results show that natural attractions influence visiting decisions by 68.2%, while recreational facilities account for 23.5%. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya komunikasi dan strategi manajemen konflik terhadap kinerja tim kerja pada PT Woori Sukses Apparel. Topik ini penting karena efektivitas komunikasi dan pengelolaan konflik merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja tim dalam lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 333 responden. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh instrumen penelitian reliabel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya komunikasi dan strategi manajemen konflik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tim kerja, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,776 menunjukkan bahwa 77,6% variasi kinerja tim kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh dua variabel independen tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya komunikasi yang efektif dan strategi penyelesaian konflik yang tepat dalam meningkatkan kinerja tim. <p>This study examines the effect of service quality—comprising the dimensions of resources, outcomes, processes, management, and image—on customer loyalty at PT IPC TPK Tanjung Priok, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research is motivated by suboptimal service delivery, weak regulations, limited satisfaction surveys, and inconsistent prior findings. A descriptive–causal quantitative design was applied to 107 purposively selected port service users, who completed a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results indicate that all five service quality dimensions jointly and significantly shape perceived service quality (significant of outer loading, non-multicollinearity, and strong redundancy result). Furthermore, service quality has a very strong positive effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty in this research. These findings affirm that enhancing loyalty can be achieved only through the improvement of satisfaction. <p>Globalization and the expansion of free trade have affected hospitals in Indonesia. In the digital era, hospitals face intense competition, especially in preventive services such as medical check-ups (MCUs). Word of mouth (WOM) and social media have become the main communication tools influencing patient decisions. However, patient trust in hospitals plays an important role as a mediator of the influence of WOM and social media on visit interest. This research analyzes the influence of WOM and social media on patient interest, with trust as a mediating variable. Data show a trend of increasing interest in MCU services after the COVID-19 pandemic. The research results are expected to contribute to marketing communication strategies for healthcare services based on trust and digital engagement. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of WOM and social media on interest in visiting the MCU service at XYZ Hospital Semarang, with trust as a mediating factor. This is an explanatory quantitative study using a survey design. The sampling technique in this research uses purposive sampling with at least 129 respondents who meet the research criteria. Data were processed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The research results show that WOM, social media, and trust significantly influence patients’ visit interest; WOM and social media significantly influence trust. <p><strong><em>Latar Belakang.</em></strong> <em>PMBA merupakan program pemerintah untuk menurunkan angka stunting.</em><em>Berdasarkan SSGI tahun 2022 yang dilakukan Balitbangkes Kemenkes yang bekerja sama BPS, didapatkan provinsi NTB menempati urutan ke 4 tertinggi prevalensi stunting yaitu sebesar 35,5%, dan kabupaten Lombok Tengah menempati urutan pertama tertinggi prevalensdi stunting di NTB yaitu sebesar 37,0 %. Sedangkan prevalensi underweight pada balita provinsi NTB juga menempati urutan tertinggi ke 4 yaitu sebesar 24,2 %.</em><em> (Kemenkes RI, 2022). Sosialisasi dan Praktik PMBA di wilayah UPTD BLUD Puskesmas Aikmual kurang berjalan, Kerjasama Pemerintah Desa dan Puskesmas dalam mengevaluasi keberhasilan PMBA pada sasaran Ibu Balita belum terlaksana sehingga masih ada Ibu balita yang belum memahami tentang PMBA</em>.</p> <p><strong><em>Metode.</em></strong> <em>Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pra eksperiment yaitu dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian dengan pendekatan One Group pretest-postest ( menggunakan Quisioner) sebelum dan setelah diberikan edukasi dengan subyek Penelitian 30 orang.Pada Penelitian ini dilihat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan dan Praktik dari sebelum dan setelah penyuluhan dan Demonstrasi di kelas PMBA pada Sasaran Ibu Balita Gizi kurang (6-23 bulan ) dengan video berbahasa sasak yang berada di Desa Bunut Baok wilayah UPTD BLUD Puskesmas Aikmual Kecamatan Praya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah .Data di uji dengan melakukan uji Normalitas jika tidak berdisribusi normal akan dilakukan pengujian ststistik menggunakan uji non Parametrik ( Wilcoxon)</em></p> <p><strong><em>Hasil.</em></strong> <em>Pengetahuan sebelum di berikan kelas PMBA dengan vodio berbahasa sasak pada ibu balita gizi kurang usia 6-23 bulan , kategori baik( 17 %), sedang ( 46,5 %) dan Kurang ( 36,5%). <p><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and workload on employee job dissatisfaction at PT TI Mutsuoka Winner Industry. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using t-test and F-test to determine the partial and simultaneous effects between variables. </em></p> <p><em>The results of the study indicate that partially, work stress has a positive and significant effect on job dissatisfaction with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) and a regression coefficient of 0.933. Workload also has a positive and significant effect on job dissatisfaction, with a significance value of 0.003 and a regression coefficient of 0.825. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on job dissatisfaction, as evidenced by the results of the F test with a significance value of 0.000 and an R Square value of 0.626, which indicates that 62.6% of the variation in job dissatisfaction can be explained by work stress and workload. This study concludes that work stress is a dominant factor influencing employee job dissatisfaction. <p><em>This study explores the impact of information technology on the obligations of confidentiality and the protection of clients' personal data in notarial practice in Indonesia, amidst the rapid development of digital technology that increases the risk of privacy violations. A qualitative research method, combining literature review and interviews, was used to identify the legal basis and practical challenges faced by notaries in safeguarding personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (UU PDP) and the Notary Position Act (UU JN). The findings reveal that while the PDP Act provides an essential legal framework, the implementation of information technology adds complexity to personal data management, requiring strict security measures such as encryption and password management. <p>One of the roles of a Notary in the Capital Market concerns the takeover of shares in a private limited company. However, acquisitions of companies does not only involve private companies but also can be carried out against public companies. In general, acquisitions are regulated in the Company Law, but specifically for Public Companies, acquisitions are regulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation (OJK) Number 9/POJK.04/2018 concerning Acquisitions of Public Companies. The research method used in this research is a normative legal research type, the research typology used is prescriptive research whose aim is to determine the role that a Notary can play in making a deed of acquisition of a Public Company. The type of data used is primary and secondary data, the data analysis method used is a qualitative method using data collection procedures for studying documents or library materials. The role of the Notary was found to be related to providing legal counseling before, during and after the Deed of Acquisition was made. Apart from that, the Notary's role is to make deeds related to the acqusitions, but in practice it is found that acqusitions in public companies are not always made in a separate deed. As a result, the acquisition deed is not in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulations. In relation to a Notary who carries out activities in the Capital Market, the Notary may be subject to the Notary's responsibility for civil and administrative sanctions for errors made. Even though administrative sanctions are applied, this does not eliminate responsibility for criminal sanctions if these elements are met. Regarding the acquisition deed, if the deed is not made in accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation (OJK) 67/POJK.04/2017 then the deed is actually still valid as a deed but no longer has legal force as a result of the cancellation of the deed.</p>Mohammad Adrian

Notaris harus bersikap profesional artinya notaris harus mempunyai keahlian/kemahiran teknis yang bermutu tinggi, disertai rasa tanggung jawab, menjamin kepastian hukum, bekerja tanpa pamrih dengan menjauhkan kepentingan pribadinya serta bersikap adil bagi kliennya. Notaris yang bekerja secara profesional harus mematuhi etika profesi atau jabatan notaris, dengan kata lain seorang notaris dalam melakukan pekerjaan profesinya harus mampu menunjukkan perilaku yang etis. Seorang notaris dalam memberikan pelayanan harus mempertahankan cita-cita luhur profesi sesuai dengan tuntutan kewajiban hati Nurani. Didalam melakukan penelitian ini jenis yang dipakai adalah penelitian yuridis empiris yang dengan cara lain adalah jenis penelitian hukum sosiologis dan/atau disebut pula dengan penelitian lapangan, yaitu mengkaji ketentuan hukum yang berlaku serta apa yang terjadi dalam fakta hukum atau kenyataannya yang ada di Masyarakat<strong>. </strong>Berdasarkan pembahasan di atas, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi telah tepat dalam memberikan pertimbangan dan putusannya yaitu Notaris VH melanggar pasal 17, pasal 18, pasal 19 UUJN. Notaris VH secara garis besar telah bersalah dan lalai atas pelaksanaan tugas dan wewenangnya sebagai Notaris yaitu: 1)Tidak Melakukan Verifikasi Atas Keabsahan Dokumen Kepemilikan Tanah Dan Tidak Mengecek Kondisi Fisik Tanah, 2)Membuat Akta Autentik Di Luar Wilayah Jabatannya;3)Menerima Pembayaran Atas Peralihan Hak Atas Tanah. This research examines the legal consequences for notaries who participate in fraud crimes. Notaries in carrying out their duties must comply with the provisions of the Notary Position Law and the Notary Code of Ethics to maintain public trust. However, in practice, there are still notaries who commit violations or unauthorized actions in carrying out their duties and authorities. This study aims to conduct social mapping in the development of ecotourism in West Sekotong Village with a review of Action Network Theory. Research using the Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) method with purposive techniques to determine informants. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, documentation and questionnaires. Analyze the data with interactive model. The results of the study show that the existence of a complex ecotourism development network consists of various important aspects, including: 1). Ecotourism category, 2). Actors, 3). Resources and 4). Interaction between actors. The actors involved in the network are not only human actors, but also non-human actors such as nature and technology These non-human actors have an equal role to other actors because of the resources they have and the interactions they have with other actors. <p><em>In the era of rapid digital transformation, electronic signature comes as an alternative solution that offers efficiency, speed, and security in digital transactions. This article analyzes the effect of electronic signature on the security and trust aspects of digital transactions in Indonesia through a functional equivalence approach with conventional signatures. The study highlights the three main pillars of functional equivalence, namely authentication, integrity, and non-repudiation, and discusses the challenges of electronic signature implementation in terms of legal regulations, technological infrastructure, and public literacy levels. The results show that although electronic signature has a legal framework through the Electronic Information and Transactions Law and cryptographic technology support, its implementation still faces significant barriers. Collaboration between the government, industry players, and the community is needed to build a safe and reliable digital ecosystem. <p><em>Due to the lack of a defined and organized Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Roti SS now confronts considerable hurdles in its tear-off bread production processes. There is a lack of clear direction at every level of production due to manufacturing methods that still mostly rely on verbal instructions and ingrained habits. Consequently, the process's efficiency is hindered and the employees' performance is subpar. The first goal of this study is to fully identify every step in the MSME Roti SS torn bread production process in order to address these issues. Second, create thorough and suitable SOPs for every one of these phases. Third, assess how well the SOPs that have been created and put into place are working. In order to fully comprehend and address issues with product quality and operational efficiency in SS Bread MSMEs in Jember, this study combines descriptive qualitative and quantitative methodologies. According to the study's findings, MSME Roti SS's quality and operational efficiency have improved as a result of the design of SOPs at every step of the torn bread production process and the successful implementation of these procedures, which is demonstrated by a notable drop in defective products. It was observed that the SOP's application was able to cut the quantity of defective goods produced in a single procedure by 14%. In practice, emeritus notaries often still keep or manage documents related to their past duties, even though they formally no longer have the authority as public officials. This can create legal loopholes that have the potential to be misinterpreted as unlawful acts. Through a normative legal approach and analysis of applicable laws and regulations, this study aims to identify the form of legal protection that can be given to emeritus notaries, as well as to evaluate the limits of their legal responsibilities. <p><em>Social media is the most popular among people especially in early adulthood and the increasing number of second account Instagram users do self-disclosure on their accounts because they have freedom in it without being judged by others. The lives of the three participants on their second Instagram accounts were explored qualitatively. Furthermore, the data from the participants were processed by transcendental phenomenology. The three participants are 18-year-old early adults who have and are active on second Instagram accounts. The findings in this study are that there are three themes that emerge in expressing themselves on their second account, namely in revealing their inner presentation to others, and reducing loneliness and for emotional release. Namun dalam kenyataannya masih terjadi adanya penyalahgunaan izin tinggal yang dilakukan oleh Warga Negara Asing yang tidak diterapkan sanksi pidana. Permasalahan penerapan sanksi pidana masih berpeluang adanya kebijakan dari keadilan restoratif sebagai dasar alasan terhadap pelaku tidak diterapkan sanksi pidana, upaya diplomatik yang dilakukan untuk menanggulangi terjadinya penyalahgunaan izin tinggal. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis normatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa alasan terhadap pelaku penyalahgunaan izin tinggal tidak diterapkan sanksi pidana adalah penanganan kasus lebih singkat, masalah anggaran dana karantina yang terbatas. Upaya penanggulangan melalui upaya preventif dan upaya represif. Adapun hambatan yang dialami dalam menanggulangi terjadinya penyalahgunaan izin tinggal adalah faktor kemudahan dalam pemberian perizinan bebas visa terhadap warga negara asing. <p><em>The housekeeping department plays an important role in maintaining the quality of hotel services, especially in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and tidiness of facilities. This study aims to analyze the role of room attendants in improving the quality of service at the De Braga Hotel by Artotel. The study was conducted using a quantitative method involving questionnaires to hotel guests and housekeeping staff to identify the problems faced.The results showed that housekeeping performance significantly influenced the level of guest satisfaction, with factors such as punctuality, cleaning quality, and staff friendliness being the main aspects appreciated by guests. Operational constraints such as shortages of manpower and limited work tools were identified as major obstacles to achieving effectiveness.This study concluded that improving training, resource management, and utilization of technology can support better housekeeping performance.
