PENGALAMAN STRES KERJA DAN STRATEGI KOPING GURU SD IT SAAT PANDEMI COVID 19

COVID 19 telah memberikan dampak besar pada berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk pendidikan. Pembelajaran formal yang awalnya tatap muka harus dilakukan secara daring saat pandemi. Perubahan ini menuntut guru sekolah dasar untuk lebih kreatif dalam mengajar. Perubahan metode pembelajaran terjadi secara tiba-tiba sehingga memungkinkan adanya tekanan kerja pada guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada guru SD Islam Terpadu yang mempunyai nilai-nilai organisasi diwarnai dengan nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Penelitian ini menggambarkan pengalaman stres yang dialami guru SD Islam Terpadu saat melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh dan bagaimana mereka mengatasi stres yang dialaminya dengan berbagai strategi koping. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terhadap guru. Temuan tersebut menyoroti empat tema utama yaitu stressor, gejala stres, strategi koping yang mencakup problem-focused coping, emotion-focused coping, dan religius coping, serta tema utama keempat adalah dukungan sekolah.
