Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya keadilan organisasi di lembaga pendidikan. Pencapaian visi sekolah akan lebih mudah ketika warga sekolah merasakan keadilan. Kajian tentang keadilan organisasi di lembaga pendidikan belum banyak ditemukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa keadilan di sekolah sangat penting karena dapat meningkatkan kinerja, kepuasan kerja, menumbuhkan OCB, kualitas layanan serta menurunkan sinisme organisasi dan stress kerja. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menciptakan rasa keadilan di sekolah adalah dengan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan LMX. Upaya lainnya adalah dengan menciptakan komunikasi yang efektif dan membangun citra sekolah
