DIVERSITAS GENDER DEWAN DAN LIKUIDITAS SAHAM

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diversitas gender dewan komisaris dan dewan direksi terhadap likuiditas saham. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode tahun 2014-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh pada hipotesis. Terdapat 203 jumlah observasi yang digunakan dalam model penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diversitas gender dewan komisaris berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap likuiditas saham, selain itu diversitas gender dewan direksi juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap likuiditas saham.
